The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) has announced the release of the 2026 Risk Evaluation Questionnaire (REQ).
The 2026 REQ will be available for completion on the CASPAR portal as from 25 February 2026.
A sector-specific copy of the REQ is already available on the FIAU website to allow subject persons to prepare in advance. Only minor amendments have been made compared to the 2025 template. Submission through CASPAR is mandatory for the relevant subject persons. The applicable deadlines are as follows:

9 April 2026:
- Virtual Financial Assets Service Providers;
- Real Estate Agents;
- Notaries; and
- Gaming Operators.
16 April 2026:
- Trustees and Fiduciaries;
- Company Service Providers excluding Limited CSPs;
- Accountants and Auditors;
- Tax Advisors and Advocates.
23 April 2026:
- Credit Institutions
- Financial Institutions subject to CASPAR
- Investment Services
- Securities Markets
- Insurance and Pensions.
