About the role

The role is an exciting opportunity for ideal candidates to get involved and build a career in internal accounting.

Responsibilities include
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes for clients
  • Issuing reports from Navision
  • Issuing cheques
  • Inputting payments, preparing bank deposit slips
  • Printing transaction history reports for the accountants
  • Approving and keeping updated timesheets on Navision
  • Processing bank audit request letters
  • Maintaining audit request letters data base up to date
  • Scanning and filing
  • Drafting emails and letters
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Taking care of office supplies and petty cash


Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum A Level in Accounts, ideally in the initial stage of ACCA qualification
  • Ideally 1 year of experience in an accounting environment
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team; be assertive, eye for numbers etc
  • Strong communicator and self-motivated
  • Able to work with strict deadlines
  • Completely fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered an asset
