Summary

Ema joined BDO Malta in October 2022 as the People & Culture Manager, running the internal HR function, focusing on Strategic Talent Management within the firm. Ema graduated from the University of Birkbeck in London with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology.

Her work experience involves supporting organisations in a variety of industries, both locally and internationally in translating their business objectives and strategies into people strategies through strategic talent management support. 

Areas of specialisation include Talent Development, Core Competency Identification and development, employee surveys and data analysis, succession planning, change management, strategic workforce planning, job grading, and recruitment.
