2024 Risk Evaluation Questionnaire

2024 Risk Evaluation Questionnaire

The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) published a notice advising subject persons of the 2024 Risk Evaluation Questionnaire (REQ) deadlines.

The 2024 REQs shall be available on the Compliance and Supervision Platform for Assessing Risk (CASPAR) portal for completion by subject persons as from 29th February 2024. The FIAU has made available revised REQ specimen per sector, allowing subject persons to commence with the collation of the necessary information to meet the set deadlines.

The FIAU will, once again, not publish sector-specific guidance ahead of the REQ submission deadline. Rather, for the purpose of assisting subject persons in completing the 2023 REQ, guidance will be made available for each question through the questionnaire itself.
