What You'll Do:

In collaboration with the Quality team:

Continuously improve quality policies, procedures, processes, and applications.
Design and implement a risk assessment process to establish quality objectives, identify and assess quality risks, and develop appropriate responses.
Ensure the Firm’s compliance with all regulatory obligations and network policies governing this area, including but not limited to, compliance and positive grading in Quality Assurance Reviews, Other Monitoring
Procedures, compliance visits, ISQM (International Standard on Quality Management) and other relevant standards or compliance requirements;
Assess the root causes, severity and pervasiveness of identified deficiencies to design and implement remedial actions to address identified deficiencies in a manner responsive to the root causes;
Undergo an annual performance evaluation considering the evaluation of the system of quality management, including monitoring activities and responsiveness to identified deficiencies.
In cooperation with the HAAQM, communicating with the Global Office on relevant matters relating to quality.

What We're Looking for:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Audit environment
Fully ACCA-qualified
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team; be assertive, eye for numbers etc.
Strong communicator and self-motivated;
Able to work with strict deadlines
Completely fluent in the English
