BDO SERVICES LTD
The tax advisory section provides comprehensive national and international services. This applies, for example, to the restructuring of companies and the question of industrial succession as well as to dealing with tax returns. The management consultants support clients by advising on general management (strategy, leadership and structure) and in specialist areas (management information systems, information technology, financial management, personnel). They also deal with executive recruitment and management training. The SME division acts a financial GP. It gives the assistance and guidance of a consultant in dealings with specialists such as bankers, lawyers or, for example with government agencies.
BDO CONSULT LIMITED
This company is subject to the provisions of the Malta Financial Services Authority Act (Cap 330). As licensed trustees and nominees they are servicing arms for the tax advisory work given by BDO Services Limited to its international clientele.
